Eligibility for Refunds / Returns
- You may request a refund if the product you receive is damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong item).
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products simply because you changed your mind, except where required under applicable laws.
- Since our products are consumables (food items), we request you to check the seal/packaging and product condition carefully upon delivery before accepting. Once you accept and open the package, returns will generally not be accepted (unless damage/defect is established).
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, at: info@thedarkroastcompany.com (or call +91-93108 95083).
- Please provide order details, photos clearly showing the damage/defect or wrong product, and your reason for return.
Return Verification & Inspection
- Once we receive your request, we will review the evidence/photos. If approved, we may ask you to return the product using a return shipping label (at our cost).
- We are not obligated to accept returns if the product has been opened or seal broken (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection of refund.
- If approved, refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receipt and clearance of returned product.
Non-refundable / Non-returnable Items
- Any consumable product that has been opened, used, or has broken seal.
- Products where the damage or defect is caused by misuse, improper storage (post-delivery), or natural wear and tear.
Cancellation / Order Changes
- Orders may be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For any cancellation request, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
