Eligibility

You may request a refund for damaged or defective products.
Refunds may also be granted in case of incorrect orders.
Please note that we do not accept requests for product exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.

Process

We may require you to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If your request is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
